The apartment is just 150 meters from the famous Monte Cassino promenade, and approximately 750 meters from the beautiful, sandy beach and the Sopot Pier – the longest wooden pier in Europe.

This is an ideal option for those who want to combine a seaside vacation with the opportunity to enjoy Sopot's rich cultural and gastronomic offerings. Numerous restaurants, atmospheric cafes, boutiques, and galleries are located in the immediate vicinity, creating a unique atmosphere. A stroll to the seaside, a morning coffee in one of the nearby cafes, or an evening exploration of the Sopot promenade – all this awaits guests right outside the apartment's door.

The apartment is located in a charming building at 5 Podjazd Street, built between 1910 and 1914 by Josef Moschall. The building retains the character typical of the townhouses in this part of the city. In keeping with the character of the old Sopot townhouses, the building does not have an elevator.
