Terms of lease the Imperial Apartments

 

§ 1

General provisions

The Regulations specify the conditions under which you can make a reservation  of accommodation posted on www.imperial-apartments.com website. The reservation is considered to have accepted the provisions of these Regulations and the conditions of lease contracts. At the time of booking the lease shall be deemed concluded.

 

§2

Scope of contract

  1. The agreement between the owner and the client only covers the rental facility. The cost of travel, meals and time organization are the responsibility of the customer. The price in your confirmation email and on the website is based on the rent including charges for utilities and final cleaning.
  2. Price is not included for one-beds, where it can be up to 50% higher.
  3. At the time of arrival you are obliged to pay the climate fee 4,20 PLN per person per night with the exception of children and sanatorium clients.

 

§ 3

Reservation and deposit

  1. Apartment reservation is made ​​by filling out the reservation form on www.imperial-apartments.com website and confirm this action by clicking the "book". Reservations require a non-refundable reservation fee (deposit) in the amount of 30% of the rental price if you book at least 48 hours prior to arrival and 100% for bookings of less than 48 hours before arrival. Deposit must be paid in accordance with the on-line payments supported by Dotpay, or by regular bank transfer taking into account the transfer confirmation message to the email address sopot@imperial-apartments.com.
  2. The remaining balance must be paid no later than at the time of handing over the keys to the apartment. At the time of lodging the refundable deposit in the amount of PLN 400.00 or credit card number. For reservations covering the period of special Sylwester/New Years Eve 2014 "(28.12.2014-03.01.2015r.) refundable deposit in the amount of PLN 600.00
  3. In the case of failure, any of the above mentioned activities, the Imperial Apartments has the right to cancel the booking application client. For bookings include breakfast, there is no possibility of cancellation of the ordered sets are.

 

§ 4

Collect and Return of keys

  1. Check should be made at a time agreed with the Imperial Apartments’ staff. The customer is obliged to inform staff at least one day before the estimated time of arrival about the keys collection at the phone number given on the website. Handing over the keys to the apartment can be made after midday. 15.00 (if possible, by prior arrangement with the person responsible for the keys, customer can pick them up in advance). Should it be impossible to arrive at a specified time, the Customer shall immediately contact the Imperial Apartments staff. If the Customer would like to accommodate in nonstandard hours, he/she is charged with a one-time fee: 20:00 - 22:00 (60.00 PLN), 22:00 - 2:00 (90.00 PLN).
  2. Leaving the apartment should be made before 11.00. The customer is obliged to inform the staff before leaving Imperial Apartments about estimated time to leave the apartment and arrange for the transfer of the property. In case of failure of one of the above mentioned activities, the Imperial Apartments is entitled to charge the customer the next day to pay rent. If vacated by 7:00 am customer is charged one time fee of PLN 60,00.

 

§ 5

Length of stay

During the high season, due to the very high interest of apartments we are taking bookings minimum of 5-night stay. It is possible to book shorter stays when the book is an extension of another existing reservation (i.e. reported book begins on the same day or the day after the previous book of the apartment, or if Clients’ stay end up on day of another book of the apartment, or the day before ).

 

§ 6

Customer Responsibilities

The customer is obliged to take care to preserve the principles of good neighborliness and to keep the rented property in good condition. The customer is obliged to immediately inform the person responsible for handing over the keys of any damage or missing items in the apartment, and to report any damage caused by them during their stay. The damage and remove of them is paid by the customer. It is not allowed in the apartment stays of more people than the maximum specified in the service www.imperial-apartments.com at the proper apartment.

 

§ 7

Changes to the reservation

In case of cancellation the deposit is not refundable. In case of shortening the stay customer is obliged to pay 100% of the cost of accommodation, if there are less than 21 days before arrival. Any changes to clients’ reservation must be notified by phone or e-mail to the Imperial Apartments.

 

§ 8

Transfer of booking

At any time, a customer may transfer free of charge to another person all the rights to their book rights, if the new person takes over all resulting from the reservation duty. In this case, customer should immediately notify Imperial Apartments for change and to give details of the person who will take over the rights and obligations arising from the contract.

 

§ 9

In the apartment smoking is prohibited, candles, etc., and placing animals.

 

§ 10

Imperial Apartments reserves the right to not give the keys by an authorized person, persons under the influence of alcohol, drugs, behaving aggressively, thereby posing a direct threat to other persons or property.

 

§ 11

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the consequences of which can not be eliminated by usual means, the Imperial Apartments reserves the right to offer the Facility similar to the one originally booked. Imperial Apartments has the right, in case of events of force majeure to cancel the contract. This also applies to cases in which the client's personal safety or property, for reasons beyond the control of the Imperial Apartments, do not be guaranteed. The amount paid by the customer shall be immediately refunded, minus the amounts due for services already rendered.

 

§ 12

For every unreasonable request during your stay the apartment employees Imperial Apartments will be charged the amount of PLN 60.00.

 

§ 13

All apartments are quiet hours between 22:00 and 07:00.

 

§ 14

  1. The law applicable to disputes between the Imperial Apartments and the customer is the Polish law.
  2. Disputes shall be settled by the court competent for the Imperial Apartments.

 

§ 15

Settle credit card and e-transfer is carried out by Dotpay.

 

§ 16

Personal information is protected under the Act dated 29.08.1997 "On protection of personal data" (Journal of Laws No. 133, item 883.) to prevent access to any third party.
