How do I book an apartment?

  1. search for available apartments in the selected date using the search engine "search"
  2. choose the apartment from the list
  3. click "book now" and follow further instructions


Problem with your reservation?

  • Just call our service at +48 535 585 055, which will make your reservation for the apartment suited to your expectations


What is the shortest term for which you can book an apartment?

  • During the high-season we do not accept bookings shorter than 5 nights, unless
    the booking is an extension of prior or the next one
  • during the low-season we do not accept 1-night bookings


How do I pay?

  • a 30% deposit must be paid by bank transfer or credit card using the on-line payment “Dotpay” according to the guidelines in the process of booking
  • the rest of the amount must be paid in cash upon your arrival or bank transfer with its confirmation shown at the time of check-in


How to receive the keys to your apartment?

  • the check-in is between 15:00 - 20:00 (after 20:00 payable under
    the statute)
  • please inform our staff by phone at least 1 hour before the arrival and make an arrangement to pick up your keys at the apartment (the information in your confirmation)


Night in an apartment?

a night in the apartment lasts from 15:00 until 11:00 the next day


How do I give back the keys to the apartment on the day of departure?

a day before departure, please call our service at +48 535 585 055 and arrange a specific time of leaving the apartment, our staff will pick up the keys to the apartment


Can I cancel the reservation?

in case of cancelling the reservation the deposit is forfeited


Can I reschedule my reservation?

please contact our support at +48 535 585 055, if it is possible reservation date will be changed according to your request


How many people can live in the apartment?

in the apartment cannot accommodate more people than specified in the apartment’s description (max number of people)


Are in the apartments bed linen and towels?

all the apartments are equipped with high-quality hotel linen and towels


Can I come with a cat or dog?

please, call our support desk at +48 535 585 055 and ask aboutthe availability of the apartment, where you can live with a pet


Can I smoke cigarettes in the apartments?

in accordance with the statute smoking is prohibited in our apartments.
